# 製品保証

Verkadaでは、当社の製品に自信を持っており、Verkada製品のご購入に含まれる保証をご提供できることを嬉しく思います。完全な保証内容（ハードウェアを含む）は、当社の [エンドユーザー契約](https://www.verkada.com/support/end-user-agreement/)に記載されています。この契約は、お客様との関係および当社のサービスについて定義するものです。

当社の保証期間は、Verkadaデバイスのモデルに応じて最長10年です。お使いのデバイスの具体的な保証情報については、当社の [Docs](https://www.verkada.com/docs/?contentType=datasheet) ページにあるデータシートをご確認ください。

保証をご利用になる必要がある場合は、いつでも当社の [サポートチーム](http://verkada.com/support) までご連絡ください。
