Verkada認定再販業者を通じて当該製品を注文できる最終日。販売終了製品は [価格](https://www.verkada.com/pricing/) ページから削除され、購入できなくなります。販売終了ハードウェア製品に対応するデバイス固有のライセンスは、告知で別途指定がない限り、販売終了日以降も引き続き利用できます。販売終了日以降、Verkadaは販売終了製品のサポートをサポート終了日まで継続します。Verkadaは通常、ある製品に対して販売終了日から10年（10年）間サポートを提供します。
### サポート終了日
製品がVerkadaによってサポートされる最終日。通常、販売終了日から最大10年（10年）です。サポート終了日以降、Verkadaは以下を行わなくなります：
* レガシー製品が管理プラットフォームである Verkada Command に接続できる、または無期限に互換性を維持できることを保証する
* トラブルシューティングのための技術サポートを提供する
* ハードウェア向けのファームウェア更新や自動パッチを提供する

販売終了日以前に購入した販売終了製品を、顧客は返品できますか？
顧客はあらゆる製品を返品できます *購入から30日以内に*.
保証期間中の販売終了製品の交換が必要になった場合はどうなりますか？
Verkadaは、返品承認（RMA）対象のユニットを同じ販売終了製品と交換します。販売終了製品が交換用として入手できない場合、Verkadaは販売終了製品を機能的に同等のハードウェアで置き換え、残りのライセンス期間を交換用ハードウェアに移行します。
お客様がレガシーハードウェアをより新しいハードウェアにアップグレードした場合はどうなりますか？
Verkadaは、お客様が購入した新しい更新済みハードウェアで使用できるよう、レガシーハードウェアに紐づくライセンスの残存価値を移行します。
Verkadaがクラウドサービスを提供できなくなった場合はどうなりますか？
当社のエンドユーザー契約に基づき、Verkadaはお客様にVerkadaのソフトウェアを使用するライセンスを付与します。ソフトウェアがなければ、お客様はデータ、Verkadaの製品機能およびVerkadaのソフトウェアへのアクセスが制限されるか、まったくアクセスできず、Verkadaのハードウェアも設計どおりに機能しません。ただし、Verkadaの解散、清算、またはその他の理由によりお客様へのソフトウェア提供を継続できなくなった場合、お客様からの書面による要請があれば、Verkadaはその ***カメラ*** ハードウェアについて、商業上合理的な期間内に RTSP ストリーミング機能をサポートできるよう、ファームウェアを更新します。
