# Verkada製品全体でアラートを管理する

アラートは、あなたの組織における重要なイベントを通知します。これにより、受動的な監視から能動的な監視へと移行できます。

## アラートを編集

**［My Alerts］の下で：**

1. 編集したいアラートにカーソルを合わせます。
2. アラートの右側で、 <i class="fa-ellipsis">:ellipsis:</i>.
3. を選択します **アラートを編集**.
4. 編集したいイベント設定ステップを選択し、必要な変更を行います。
5. をクリックします **［完了］** 必要に応じて他のイベント設定ステップでも同様に繰り返します。

**すべての変更が完了したら、［Save］をクリックします。**

## アラートをミュート

#### アラートをミュートする

**［My Alerts］の下で：**

1. ミュートしたいアラートにカーソルを合わせます。
2. アラートの右側で、 <i class="fa-ellipsis">:ellipsis:</i>.
3. を選択します **アラートをミュート** をクリックして期間を選択します。 **Custom**を選択した場合は、期間を設定して **適用**.

#### すべてのアラートをミュート

**Command で、［All Products］>［Admin］に移動します。**

**［Org Settings］で、［Manage Alerts］を選択します。**

**右上のミュートアイコンをクリックして、すべてのアラートをミュートします。**

1. アラートをミュートする期間を選択します。
2. （任意） **Custom**を選択した場合は、期間を設定して **適用**.
3. をクリックします **Yes** を選択して、すべてのアラートを確認しミュートします。

アラートをミュートしても、ミュートされるのは自分のアカウントのみで、他のアラート受信者には影響しません。

## アラートを削除

3. を選択します **アラートを削除**.

**確認を求められたら、［Delete］をクリックして削除を確定します。**

削除できるのは、自分が作成したアラートのみです。共有アラートを作成した管理者に連絡して削除してもらってください。

## 編集者を管理

作成したアラートに編集者を追加すると、他の管理者もそのアラートを確認・管理できるようになります。編集者は［Manage Alerts］ [**アラートを管理**](https://command.verkada.com/admin/manage-alerts) ページからアラートを表示、変更、または削除できます。

編集者は **デフォルトでは** アラート受信者として追加されません。 [受信者](/command/ja/ganaizshon/create-alerts-across-verkada-products.md) つまり、編集者は自分のアラートページでイベントを確認できず、アラート受信者としても追加されていない限り、アラートの通知を受け取ることはありません。

## イベントを検索

［Alerts］ページには、日付と時刻、通知タイプ、サイト、場所など、通知に関する詳細情報が含まれています。
