Verkada annonce la prochaine fin de commercialisation des produits suivants, pour lesquels des produits comparables les remplacent :

### Qu’est-ce que cela signifie ?

À compter du 1er mai 2020, nous ne vendons plus les références D50. Verkada fournit généralement une assistance pour un produit donné pendant une période de dix (10) ans après la date de fin de commercialisation.

### Les clients peuvent-ils retourner les D50 qu'ils ont achetés ?

Les clients peuvent retourner les D50 *dans les 30 jours suivant l’achat*.

### Que se passe-t-il si un D50 sous garantie doit être remplacé ?

Nous remplacerons les unités faisant l'objet d'une autorisation de retour de marchandise (RMA) par des D50 si disponibles ; sinon, nous les remplacerons par le CD51-E ou un autre modèle équivalent.
