## FAQ

### Qu’est-ce que cela signifie ?

À compter du 31 janvier 2022, nous ne vendons plus [D40](https://docs.verkada.com/docs/video-security-d40-datasheet.pdf) ou [D80](https://docs.verkada.com/docs/video-security-d80-datasheet.pdf) SKU. Verkada fournit généralement une assistance pour un produit donné pendant une période de dix (10) ans après la date de fin de commercialisation.

### Les clients peuvent-ils retourner les D40 ou les D80 qu’ils ont achetés ?

Les clients peuvent retourner les D40 et les D80 *dans les 30 jours suivant l’achat*.

### Que se passe-t-il si un D40 ou un D80 sous garantie doit **être remplacé ?**

Nous remplacerons les unités RMA (autorisation de retour de marchandise) par un D40 ou un D80 si disponible. Sinon, nous les remplacerons par un modèle comparable, le CM41 ou le CF81, respectivement.
