À compter du 31 août 2023, nous ne vendrons plus les SKU CM41, ACC-MNT-5 et ACC-MNT-6. Verkada fournit généralement une assistance pour un produit donné pendant une période de dix (10) ans après la date de fin de vente.

### Les clients peuvent-ils retourner les caméras CM41 et les supports qu'ils ont achetés ?

Les clients peuvent retourner les caméras CM41 *dans les 30 jours suivant l’achat*.

### Que se passe-t-il si un CM41 sous garantie doit être remplacé ?

Nous remplacerons les unités RMA par un CM41, si disponible. Sinon, nous les remplacerons par un CM42.
