### Qu’est-ce que cela signifie ?

À partir du 5 mai 2023, nous ne vendrons plus le lecteur de porte AD32 pour les nouvelles installations. Toutes les commandes ouvertes existantes pour le AD32 seront honorées avec le AD33. Verkada fournit généralement un support pour un produit donné pendant une période de dix (10) ans après la date de fin de vente.

### Les clients peuvent retourner le AD32

Les clients peuvent retourner le AD32 *dans les 30 jours suivant l’achat*.

### Que se passe-t-il si un AD32 sous garantie doit être remplacé ?

Nous remplacerons les unités AD32 par une unité AD33 si les AD32 ne sont plus disponibles.
