### ¿Qué significa esto?

A partir del 31 de agosto de 2023, dejaremos de vender los SKU CM41, ACC-MNT-5 y ACC-MNT-6. Verkada normalmente ofrece soporte para un producto determinado durante un período de diez (10) años después de la fecha de fin de venta.

### ¿Pueden los clientes devolver las cámaras y soportes CM41 que compraron?

Los clientes pueden devolver cámaras CM41 *dentro de los 30 días posteriores a la compra*.

### ¿Qué ocurre si es necesario reemplazar un CM41 en garantía?

Reemplazaremos las unidades de RMA con un CM41, si está disponible. De lo contrario, las reemplazaremos con un CM42.
