### ¿Qué significa esto?

A partir del **1 de septiembre de 2023**, ya no venderemos la consola de alarma BC51 para nuevas instalaciones. Todos los pedidos existentes de la BC51 se cumplirán. Verkada normalmente ofrece soporte para un producto determinado durante un período de diez (10) años después de la fecha de fin de venta.

### ¿Pueden los clientes devolver una BC51 que hayan comprado?
