### ¿Qué significa esto?

A partir del 31 de julio de 2024, dejará de venderse el Controlador de acceso de cuatro puertas AC41 para nuevas instalaciones. Todos los pedidos abiertos existentes para AC41 se atenderán con AC42. Verkada normalmente ofrece soporte para un producto determinado durante un período de diez (10) años después de la fecha de fin de venta.

### ¿Pueden los clientes devolver cualquier AC41 que hayan comprado?
