# Añadir un dispositivo

Debes agregar tus dispositivos a Command antes de poder acceder a ellos y administrarlos.

Necesitas [permisos de Org Admin o Site Admin](/command/es/usuarios-y-permisos/roles-and-permissions-for-command.md) para que un sitio pueda agregar un dispositivo.

## Agregar dispositivos

**En Command, ve a Todos los productos > Dispositivos.**

**En la esquina superior derecha, haz clic en Agregar dispositivos.**

**Ingresa los números de serie o los números de pedido de los dispositivos.**

**Haz clic en Agregar dispositivos. Los dispositivos recién agregados se mostrarán en Dispositivos > Todos los dispositivos sin asignar.**

Como alternativa, puedes agregar dispositivos mediante **Escanear QR** o **Cargar CSV**. Si subes un archivo de valores separados por comas (CSV), puedes descargar una plantilla para facilitar su uso.

## Configurar un dispositivo

Debes asignar un dispositivo a un sitio y completar la configuración para moverlo de la lista de **Dispositivos sin asignar** . Los dispositivos se pueden configurar individualmente o en bloque.

Solo puedes configurar un tipo de producto a la vez. Si se seleccionan dispositivos de varias líneas de productos, no verás la opción **Configurar** .

**En Verkada Command, selecciona Todos los productos > Dispositivos.**

**En Todos los dispositivos sin asignar:**

a. Selecciona el o los dispositivos que deseas configurar.\
b. Haz clic en **Configurar**.

**En General:**

a. Ingresa un nombre único.\
b. Selecciona un sitio.\
c. Ingresa una ubicación.

**(Solo para cámaras) En Configuración:**

a. (Opcional) En el menú desplegable **Predeterminado** selecciona **Copiar de otra cámara** y selecciona una cámara para copiar su configuración.\
b. Confirma la configuración o realiza los cambios necesarios.

**Haz clic en Aplicar para configurar los dispositivos.**

Solo puedes copiar configuraciones de cámaras ubicadas en el mismo sitio que la nueva cámara.
