### Was bedeutet das?

Seit dem 1. Mai 2020 verkaufen wir keine D50-SKUs mehr. Verkada bietet für ein bestimmtes Produkt in der Regel zehn (10) Jahre lang nach dem Verkaufsende Support.

### Können Kunden D50s zurückgeben, die sie gekauft haben?

Kunden können D50s zurückgeben *innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach dem Kauf zurückgeben*.

### Was passiert, wenn ein D50, der unter Garantie steht, ersetzt werden muss?

Wir ersetzen RMA-Einheiten durch D50s, sofern verfügbar; andernfalls ersetzen wir sie durch das CD51-E oder ein anderes gleichwertiges Modell.

## Wichtige Definitionen

* **Ankündigung des Endes des Verkaufs (dieser Artikel)**: Offizielle Mitteilung zum Verkaufsende.
* **Verkaufsenddatum**: Das letzte Datum, an dem das Produkt über Verkada bestellt werden kann.
* **Support-Enddatum**: Das letzte Datum, an dem ein Produkt von Verkada unterstützt wird.
