### Was bedeutet das?

Ab dem 31. Januar 2022 verkaufen wir nicht mehr [D40](https://docs.verkada.com/docs/video-security-d40-datasheet.pdf) oder [D80](https://docs.verkada.com/docs/video-security-d80-datasheet.pdf) SKUs. Verkada bietet für ein bestimmtes Produkt in der Regel für einen Zeitraum von zehn (10) Jahren nach dem Verkaufsenddatum Support an.

### Können Kunden die von ihnen gekauften D40- oder D80-Modelle zurückgeben?

Kunden können D40- und D80-Modelle zurückgeben *innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach dem Kauf zurückgeben*.

### Was passiert, wenn ein D40 oder D80 unter Garantie **ersetzt werden muss?**

Wir ersetzen RMA-Einheiten (Return Merchandise Authorization) nach Möglichkeit durch einen D40 oder D80. Andernfalls ersetzen wir sie jeweils durch ein vergleichbares Modell, den CM41 oder CF81.
