### Was bedeutet das?

Stand 31. August 2023 werden wir die SKUs CM41, ACC-MNT-5 und ACC-MNT-6 nicht mehr verkaufen. Verkada bietet für ein bestimmtes Produkt typischerweise für einen Zeitraum von zehn (10) Jahren nach dem Ende des Verkaufs Support an.

### Können Kunden CM41-Kameras und Halterungen, die sie gekauft haben, zurückgeben?

Kunden können CM41-Kameras zurückgeben *innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach dem Kauf zurückgeben*.

### Was passiert, wenn ein CM41 unter Garantie ersetzt werden muss?

Wir ersetzen RMA-Einheiten nach Möglichkeit durch ein CM41. Andernfalls ersetzen wir sie durch ein CM42.

* **Ankündigung des Endes des Verkaufs (dieser Artikel)**: Offizielle Mitteilung zum Verkaufsende.
