### **Können Kunden CH52-E-Kameras und -Montagen zurückgeben, die sie gekauft haben?**

Kunden können CH52-E-Kameras zurückgeben *innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach dem Kauf zurückgeben*.

### **Was passiert, wenn ein CH52-E-Gerät unter Garantie ersetzt werden muss?**

Wir ersetzen RMA-Geräte, sofern verfügbar, durch dasselbe Modell. Andernfalls ersetzen wir sie durch die nächstähnliche Kamera.
