Verkada bietet in der Regel für ein bestimmtes Produkt zehn (10) Jahre lang nach dem Verkaufsende Support an.

Wir ersetzen RMA-Einheiten durch ein CD51/CD51-E- oder CD61/CD61-E-Gerät, sofern verfügbar. Andernfalls ersetzen wir sie jeweils durch das Modell der zweiten Generation, CD52/CD52-E oder CD62/CD62-E.
