Ab dem 25. Februar 2022 werden wir keine CD41/CD41-E-SKUs mehr verkaufen. Verkada bietet für ein bestimmtes Produkt in der Regel zehn (10) Jahre nach dem Verkaufsende Support an.

### Können Kunden CD41/CD41-E zurückgeben, die sie gekauft haben?

Kunden können CD41/CD41-E zurückgeben *innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach dem Kauf zurückgeben*.

### Was passiert, wenn ein CD41/CD41-E-Gerät unter Garantie ersetzt werden muss?

Wir ersetzen RMA-Geräte bei Verfügbarkeit durch ein CD41/CD41-E. Andernfalls ersetzen wir sie durch das Modell der zweiten Generation, das CD42/CD42-E.
