### Was bedeutet das?

Ab dem 20. Mai 2023 werden wir nicht mehr verkaufen [CB51/CB61](https://docs.verkada.com/docs/video-security-bullet-series-quick-start-guide.pdf) SKUs. Verkada bietet für ein bestimmtes Produkt in der Regel für einen Zeitraum von zehn (10) Jahren nach dem Verkaufsenddatum Support an.

### Können Kunden CB51/CB61-Produkte zurückgeben, die sie gekauft haben?

Kunden können [CB51/CB61](https://docs.verkada.com/docs/video-security-bullet-series-quick-start-guide.pdf) Produkte *innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach dem Kauf zurückgeben*.

### Was passiert, wenn ein CB51/CB61-Gerät im Rahmen der Garantie ersetzt werden muss?

Wir ersetzen RMA-Einheiten (Rücksendegenehmigung) mit einem CB51 oder CB61, sofern verfügbar. Andernfalls ersetzen wir sie durch das Modell der zweiten Generation, den CB52 oder CB62.
