Ab **1. September 2023**, wir werden die BC51 Alarmkonsole für neue Installationen nicht mehr verkaufen. Alle bestehenden Bestellungen für die BC51 werden erfüllt. Verkada bietet für ein bestimmtes Produkt typischerweise für einen Zeitraum von zehn (10) Jahren nach dem Datum der Einstellung des Verkaufs Support an.

### Können Kunden eine BC51 zurückgeben, die sie gekauft haben?

Kunden können die BC51 zurückgeben *innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach dem Kauf zurückgeben*.

### Was passiert, wenn eine BC51 unter Garantie ersetzt werden muss?
