### Was bedeutet das?

Ab dem 1. August 2025 werden wir den AD33-Türleser für neue Installationen nicht mehr verkaufen. Alle bestehenden offenen Bestellungen für den AD33 werden mit dem AD34 erfüllt. Verkada bietet für ein bestimmtes Produkt in der Regel zehn (10) Jahre lang nach dem Ende des Verkaufsdatums Support an.

### Können Kunden einen AD33 zurückgeben, den sie gekauft haben?

Kunden können AD33 zurückgeben *innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach dem Kauf zurückgeben*.

### Was passiert, wenn ein AD33, der unter Garantie steht, ersetzt werden muss?

Wir ersetzen AD33-Einheiten durch AD34-Einheiten, wenn AD33 nicht mehr verfügbar sind.
