### Was bedeutet das?

Ab dem 5. Mai 2023 werden wir das AD32-Türlesegerät für neue Installationen nicht mehr verkaufen. Alle bestehenden offenen Bestellungen für das AD32 werden mit dem AD33 erfüllt. Verkada bietet für ein bestimmtes Produkt in der Regel für einen Zeitraum von zehn (10) Jahren nach dem End-of-Sale-Datum Support an.

### Können Kunden ein gekauftes AD32 zurückgeben?

Kunden können AD32 zurückgeben *innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach dem Kauf zurückgeben*.

### Was passiert, wenn ein AD32 unter Garantie ersetzt werden muss?

Wir werden AD32-Geräte durch ein AD33-Gerät ersetzen, wenn AD32-Geräte nicht mehr verfügbar sind.
