Ab dem 20. März 2022 werden wir den [AD31-Türlesegeräts](https://docs.verkada.com/docs/access-control-ad31-quick-start-guide.pdf) für Neuinstallationen nicht mehr verkaufen. Alle bestehenden Bestellungen für den AD31 werden ausgeführt. Verkada bietet für ein bestimmtes Produkt in der Regel zehn (10) Jahre nach dem End-of-Sale-Datum Support an.

### Können Kunden einen gekauften AD31 zurückgeben?

Kunden können AD31 zurückgeben *innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach dem Kauf zurückgeben*.

### Was passiert, wenn ein unter Garantie stehender AD31 ersetzt werden muss?
