Ab dem 9. Februar 2025 werden wir das ACCX-TBL-1, iPad der 9. Generation, nicht mehr verkaufen. Alle bestehenden offenen Bestellungen für das ACCX-TBL-1 werden mit dem ACCX-TBl-2 erfüllt. Verkada bietet für ein bestimmtes Produkt in der Regel zehn (10) Jahre lang nach dem End-of-Sale-Datum Support an.

### Können Kunden ein von ihnen gekauftes ACCX-TBL-1 zurückgeben?

Kunden dürfen ACCX-TBL-1 zurückgeben *innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach dem Kauf zurückgeben*.

### Was passiert, wenn ein unter Garantie stehendes ACCX-TBL-1 ersetzt werden muss?

Wir ersetzen ACCX-TBL-1-Geräte durch ein ACCX-TBL-2-Gerät, wenn ACCX-TBL-1-Geräte nicht mehr verfügbar sind.
