### Was bedeutet das?

Ab dem 31. Juli 2024 werden wir den AC41 Vier-Tür-Zugangskontroller nicht mehr für neue Installationen verkaufen. Alle bestehenden offenen Bestellungen für den AC41 werden mit dem AC42 erfüllt. Verkada bietet in der Regel für ein bestimmtes Produkt für einen Zeitraum von zehn (10) Jahren nach dem Verkaufsende Support an.

### Können Kunden einen von ihnen gekauften AC41 zurückgeben?

Kunden können den AC41 zurückgeben *innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach dem Kauf*.
