# 즉시 도어 재잠금 문제 해결

리더와 문의 거리에 따라, 문이 다시 잠기기 전에 사용자가 리더에서 문까지 이동하기에 문의 잠금 해제 시간이 너무 짧을 수 있습니다.

## DPI가 문이 이미 열려 있다고 표시함
DPI는 문이 열려 있는지 닫혀 있는지를 감지하는 센서입니다. 문이 잠금 해제되고 DPI가 있으면, 잠금 해제 시간이 완전히 끝났는지 여부와 관계없이 컨트롤러는 열림 신호가 감지될 때까지 기다린 다음 문을 다시 잠급니다. 잠금 해제 이벤트가 발생할 때 DPI가 문이 열려 있다고 신호하면, 문은 잠금 해제 이벤트 후 1초 이내에 다시 잠깁니다.
이 문제는 다음 경우에 나타날 수 있습니다:

문의 페이지 왼쪽 상단에서 타임스탬프를 확인합니다. 문은 다음과 같이 표시되어야 합니다: **열림**, **닫힘**, 또는 **문 센서 없음**.
* 문의 타임스탬프가 다음을 표시하면 **열림** 문이 실제로는 닫혀 있는데도 그렇다면, 문이 잠금 해제 직후 즉시 다시 잠기는 이유를 설명합니다. DPI 배선이나 DPI 자체에 문제가 있는지 확인하세요.
* 문에 DPI가 설치되어 있지 않다면, 아래에서 **설정** > **하드웨어**, 끔으로 전환합니다 **DPI**. 이렇게 하면 문의 타임스탬프에 다음이 표시됩니다 **문 센서 없음**.
