# 블루투스 잠금 해제

블루투스 잠금 해제는 현재 Verkada 리더와만 호환됩니다.

## 명령 구성

사용자가 블루투스 잠금 해제로 문을 잠금 해제하려면 다음 수준에서 블루투스 권한을 활성화해야 합니다:

### 조직 수준 구성

* 가까이: 휴대폰이 리더로부터 약 2\~3피트 떨어져 있어야 합니다(-45 RSSI)
* 멀리: 휴대폰이 리더로부터 약 7\~8피트 떨어져 있어야 합니다(-60 RSSI)
* 사용자 지정: 원하는 RSSI 값을 설정하세요

f. **Bluetooth 쿨다운** 같은 휴대폰에서 연속적인 블루투스 잠금 해제 시도 사이의 지연 시간입니다.\
g. **Bluetooth 잠금 해제 시 비프음** 블루투스 잠금 해제가 시도될 때마다 Verkada 리더가 경고음을 울립니다.

휴대폰이 블루투스를 통해 문을 잠금 해제하는 거리는 리더가 설치된 재질을 포함한 여러 요인에 따라 달라집니다. 이로 인해 동일한 구성에서도 잠금 해제 거리가 달라질 수 있습니다. 문을 잠금 해제하고 싶은 거리에 휴대폰을 두고 잠금 해제가 성공할 때까지 설정을 조정하세요.

블루투스 잠금 해제를 활성화하려면 이메일 주소가 필요합니다. 이메일이 없는 사용자를 선택하면 이메일이 없는 사용자가 선택 해제될 때까지 일괄 활성화 옵션이 비활성화됩니다.

## Verkada Pass 초대

블루투스 잠금 해제에는 Verkada Pass와 Verkada 리더가 필요합니다. 사용자는 각 기기에서 위치 공유를 "항상 허용"(iOS) 및 "앱 사용 중에만"(Android)으로 활성화해야 합니다. 사용자의 프로필에서 블루투스 권한이 활성화되어 있어야 하며, 잠금 해제하려는 문에서도 블루투스가 활성화되어 있어야 합니다.

### 개별 Pass 앱 초대

다음 중 하나 이상이 해당되면 사용자에게 Verkada Pass 초대 이메일이 전송됩니다:

## 블루투스 OS 권한

### iOS

* Verkada Pass 앱은 백그라운드에서 실행 중이어야 합니다(앱 전환기에서, 전면에 있을 필요는 없음)
* 위치 서비스는 "항상"으로 설정되어야 합니다
* 블루투스 권한이 켜져 있어야 합니다
* 블루투스가 켜져 있어야 합니다

### Android 권한

* Verkada Pass 앱 알림이 알림 센터에 있어야 합니다(이를 통해 앱이 닫혀 있을 때도 Verkada Pass 블루투스가 작동합니다)
* 위치 서비스는 "앱 사용 중에만"으로 설정되어야 합니다
* 블루투스가 켜져 있어야 합니다

### 문제 해결

블루투스 잠금 해제에 문제가 발생하면 다음을 시도해 보세요:

* 조직, 사이트, 문 및 사용자 설정 모두에서 블루투스 잠금 해제가 활성화되어 있는지 확인합니다.
* iOS:
  * Verkada Pass의 위치가 "항상 허용"으로 설정되어 있고 블루투스가 켜져 있는지 확인합니다.
  * 설정 앱에서 Verkada Pass 앱의 블루투스 권한을 껐다가 다시 켭니다.
* Android
  * Android 사용자는 블루투스 잠금 해제 기능을 초기화하기 위해 설치 후 휴대폰을 다시 시작해야 할 수 있습니다.
  * Android 블루투스는 iOS 블루투스보다 약간 느리므로, 사용자는 휴대폰을 리더에 더 가까이 대고 몇 초간 유지해야 할 수 있습니다.
  * HF 카드를 사용하지 않는다면 해당 문에서 NFC를 비활성화하세요.
* 블루투스로 문을 잠금 해제하려고 할 때 키카드 거부 이벤트가 발생하나요?
  * 휴대폰의 NFC 칩이 Verkada Reader의 HF 안테나에 의해 스캔되고 있습니다. 이는 아마 Apple Pay 또는 Google Pay로 인해 발생한 것입니다.
    * 저주파 카드를 전용으로 사용하고 계신가요? 그렇다면 이 문제를 해결하려면 NFC 안테나를 비활성화하세요:
    * 고주파 카드(Mifare 또는 Desfire)를 사용 중이라면 잠금 해제 근접도를 가까이로 높이거나(-35보다 작은, 예: -40 이하의) 사용자 지정 블루투스 잠금 해제 RSSI 값을 설정하는 것이 권장됩니다:
* 아직도 작동하지 않나요?
  * Verkada Pass 앱을 제거한 후 다시 설치하세요.
