Verkadaのドアコントローラを設置またはトラブルシューティングする際に、コントローラのシリアル番号やメディアアクセスコントロール（MAC）アドレスを確認する必要がある場合があります。

## AC41のシリアル番号とMACアドレスを見つける

Verkadaのシリアル番号とMACアドレスを見つける方法は2つあります [AC41](https://docs.verkada.com/docs/door-controller-ac41-datasheet.pdf) ドアコントローラ：

* アクセスコントローラ本体のケース内にあるステッカーレ이블で確認できます。AC41の正面の扉を開け、ケーブル管理コンパートメントの真下、右下にあるステッカーを探してください。
* 以前にVerkada Commandにチェックインされている場合：\
  次へ移動します **すべての製品** > **デバイス**。デバイスを選択すると、デバイス詳細パネルでシリアル番号とMACアドレスを表示できます。
