# Bluetooth 解錠

## Commandの構成

ユーザーがBluetooth解除でドアを解除できるようにする前に、次のレベルでBluetoothの権限を有効にする必要があります：

### 組織レベルの構成

**「Bluetoothドア解除を有効にする」をオンにします。**

**（任意）すべての新しいユーザーにデフォルトでBluetooth認証情報を付与するには、「新しいユーザーに対してBluetoothを自動有効化」をオンにします。**

### **サイトレベルの構成**

**「Bluetoothドア解除を有効にする」をオンにします。**

### **ドアレベルの構成**

**ドアを選択して Settings をクリックします。**

**Verkada Passの下で「Bluetooth解除」をオンにします。**

**（任意）これらのBluetooth設定を構成できます：**

a. **解錠近接設定**

* Immediate：電話をリーダーに触れる必要があります（RSSI -35）
* Near：電話はリーダーから約2〜3フィート離れている必要があります（RSSI -45）
* Far：電話はリーダーから約7〜8フィート離れている必要があります（RSSI -60）
* Custom：独自のRSSI値を設定します

f. **Bluetoothクールダウン** 同じ電話からの連続したBluetooth解除試行間の遅延です。\
g. **Bluetooth解錠時にビープ音を鳴らす** Bluetooth解除が試行されるたびにVerkadaリーダーをビープ音で知らせます。

電話がBluetoothでドアを解除する距離は、リーダーが取り付けられている素材など複数の要因に依存します。これにより、同じ構成でも解除距離が変わることがあります。電話を解除したい距離に保持し、解除が成功するまで設定を調整してください。

Bluetooth解除を有効にするにはメールアドレスが必要です。メールのないユーザーを選択すると、該当ユーザーが選択解除されるまで一括有効化オプションは無効になります。

## Verkada Pass招待

Bluetooth解除にはVerkada PassとVerkadaリーダーが必要です。ユーザーの各デバイスで位置情報共有をiOSは「常に」、Androidは「使用中のみ」に設定する必要があります。Bluetoothの権限はユーザーのプロファイルで有効にし、解除しようとしているドアでBluetoothを有効にしておく必要があります。

### 個別のPassアプリ招待

次のいずれかが当てはまる場合、ユーザーにVerkada Passのメール招待が送信されます：

## BluetoothのOS権限

### iOS

* Verkada Passアプリはバックグラウンドで実行されている必要があります（アプリスイッチャーに存在する状態で、フォアグラウンドにある必要はありません）
* 位置情報サービスは「常に」である必要があります
* Bluetoothの権限がオンである必要があります
* Bluetoothがオンである必要があります

### Android権限

* Verkada Passアプリの通知が通知センターにある必要があります（これによりアプリが閉じられている時でもVerkada PassのBluetoothが動作します）
* 位置情報サービスは「アプリ使用中のみ」である必要があります
* Bluetoothがオンである必要があります

### トラブルシューティング

Bluetooth解除に問題がある場合は、次を試してください：

* 組織、サイト、ドア、ユーザーの設定すべてでBluetooth解除が有効になっていることを確認してください。
* iOS：
  * Verkada Passで位置情報が「常にオン」になっており、Bluetoothがオンになっていることを確認してください。
  * 設定アプリでVerkada PassのBluetooth権限を切り替えてください。
* Android
  * Androidユーザーは、インストール後にBluetooth解除機能が初期化されるように携帯電話を再起動する必要がある場合があります。
  * AndroidのBluetoothはiOSのBluetoothよりやや遅いため、ユーザーは電話をリーダーにより近づけ、数秒間そのままにする必要がある場合があります。
  * HFカードを使用していない場合は、そのドアでNFCを無効にしてください。
* Bluetoothでドアを解除しようとしたときにキーカードの拒否イベントが発生しますか？
  * 電話のNFCチップがVerkadaリーダーのHFアンテナによってスキャンされています。これはおそらくApple PayまたはGoogle Payが原因です。
    * 低周波カードのみを使用していますか？その場合は、問題を解決するためにNFCアンテナを無効にしてください：
    * 高周波カード（MifareまたはDesfire）を使用している場合は、解除近接距離をNearに増やすか（または-40など-35より小さいカスタムBluetooth解除RSSI値を設定することを推奨します）：
* それでも動作しませんか？
  * Verkada Passアプリをアンインストールして再インストールしてください。
  * モバイルデバイスを再起動してください。
  * Bluetoothの権限を一度オフにしてから再度オンにしてください。
