# Bluetooth 解錠

Bluetooth unlock は現在、Verkada readers のみに対応しています。

## Command の設定

ユーザーが Bluetooth unlock でドアのロックを解除する前に、Bluetooth の権限を次のレベルで有効にする必要があります:

### オーガナイゼーション'   レベルの設定

**Enable Bluetooth Door Unlock をオンにします。**

**（任意）すべての新規ユーザーに Bluetooth 資格情報をデフォルトで付与するには、Auto-Enable Bluetooth for new users をオンにします。**

### **サイトレベルの設定**

**上部で、Access Settings をクリックします。**

### **ドアレベルの設定**

**（任意）次の Bluetooth 設定を構成できます:**

a. **ロック解除距離**

* Immediate: 電話をリーダーに触れさせる必要があります（-35 RSSI）
* Near: 電話はリーダーから約 2〜3 フィートの距離にある必要があります（-45 RSSI）
* Far: 電話はリーダーから約 7〜8 フィートの距離にある必要があります（-60 RSSI）
* Custom: 独自の RSSI 値を設定します

f. **Bluetooth クールダウン** は、同じ電話からの連続する Bluetooth unlock 試行間の遅延です。\
g. **Bluetooth 解錠時にビープ音** は、Bluetooth unlock が試行されるたびに Verkada reader を鳴らします。

電話が Bluetooth 経由でドアのロックを解除できる距離は、リーダーが取り付けられている素材を含む複数の要因によって異なります。そのため、同じ設定でも解除距離が変わることがあります。ドアのロックを解除したい距離に電話を持ち、その解除が成功するまで設定を調整してください。

Bluetooth unlock を有効にするにはメールアドレスが必要です。メールアドレスのないユーザーを選択した場合、メールアドレスのないユーザーが選択解除されるまで一括有効化オプションは無効になります。

## Verkada Pass の招待

Bluetooth unlock には Verkada Pass と Verkada readers が必要です。ユーザーは、それぞれのデバイスで位置情報共有を「常にオン」（iOS）および「使用中のみ」（Android）に設定する必要があります。ユーザーのプロフィールで Bluetooth の権限を有効にし、ロックを解除しようとしているドアで Bluetooth を有効にする必要があります。

### 個別の Pass アプリ招待

次のいずれかが当てはまる場合、ユーザーには Verkada Pass へのメール招待が送信されます:

## Bluetooth OS の権限

### iOS

* Verkada Pass アプリはバックグラウンドで実行されている必要があります（アプリスイッチャー内にあり、前面である必要はありません）
* 位置情報サービスは「常に」である必要があります
* Bluetooth の権限をオンにする必要があります
* Bluetooth をオンにする必要があります

### Android の権限

* Verkada Pass アプリの通知は通知センターに表示されている必要があります（これにより、アプリが閉じていても Verkada Pass Bluetooth が機能します）
* 位置情報サービスは「アプリ使用中のみ」である必要があります
* Bluetooth をオンにする必要があります

### トラブルシューティング

Bluetooth unlock に問題がある場合は、次のことをお試しください:

* オーガナイゼーション'   、サイト、ドア、ユーザーの各設定で Bluetooth unlock がすべて有効になっていることを確認します。
* iOS:
  * Verkada Pass の位置情報が「常にオン」に設定され、Bluetooth がオンになっていることを確認します。
  * 設定アプリで Verkada Pass アプリの Bluetooth 権限を切り替えます。
* Android
  * Android ユーザーは、Bluetooth unlock 機能を初期化するために、インストール後にスマートフォンを再起動する必要がある場合があります。
  * Android の Bluetooth は iOS の Bluetooth より少し遅いため、ユーザーは電話をリーダーに近づけて数秒間そのままにする必要がある場合があります。
  * HF カードを使用していない場合は、そのドアで NFC を無効にしてください。
* Bluetooth でドアのロックを解除しようとするとキーカード拒否イベントが発生しますか？
  * 電話の NFC チップが Verkada Reader の HF アンテナによってスキャンされています。これは、おそらく Apply Pay または Google Pay が原因です。
    * 低周波カードのみを使用していますか？その場合は、この問題を解決するために NFC Antenna を無効にしてください:
    * 高周波カード（Mifare または Desfire）を使用している場合は、Unlock Proximity を Near に上げるか、-35 より小さいカスタムの Bluetooth Unlock RSSI 値（たとえば -40 以下）を設定することを推奨します:
* まだ動作しませんか？
  * Verkada Pass アプリをアンインストールして再インストールします。
  * モバイルデバイスを再起動します。
  * Bluetooth の権限をオフにしてから再度オンにします。
