{% hint style="info" %}
Contactez votre ingénieur solutions ou <atrium_support@verkada.com> pour configurer l’intégration.

### Fonctionnalités clés

* **Synchronisation automatisée des utilisateurs :** Les utilisateurs créés ou mis à jour dans Atrium seront automatiquement synchronisés vers Command.
* **Synchronisation des identifiants :** Les identifiants des utilisateurs provenant d’Atrium sont automatiquement mis à jour dans Command.
* **Synchronisation des groupes d’accès :** Les groupes d’accès se synchronisent d’Atrium afin de maintenir des attributions exactes et peuvent être configurés avec des niveaux d’accès pour un contrôle d’accès aux portes précis.
* **Mises à jour régulières :** Command vérifie Atrium pour détecter les changements toutes les 15 minutes afin de maintenir une synchronisation à jour.

{% hint style="danger" %}
Les modifications apportées dans Command **ne** se synchronisent pas vers Atrium.
{% endhint %}

### Gérer les utilisateurs et groupes synchronisés

* **Utilisateurs synchronisés depuis Atrium :**
  * Peuvent être gérés à la fois dans Command et Atrium, mais leurs informations principales (nom, identifiants, etc.) doivent être mises à jour dans Atrium.
  * Des identifiants supplémentaires et des groupes d’accès peuvent être attribués dans Command, mais cela ne sera pas répercuté dans Atrium.
* **Groupes d’accès synchronisés depuis Atrium :**
  * Ne peuvent pas être modifiés dans Command.
  * Les utilisateurs ne peuvent pas être ajoutés ni retirés des groupes dans Command.
  * Toutes les modifications apportées à ces groupes doivent être effectuées dans le portail Atrium.

***

### Bonnes pratiques

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://help.verkada.com/access-control/fr/integrations-et-alertes/verkada-integration-with-atrium.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
