# Redémarrer un contrôleur d’accès

Si votre contrôleur d’accès ne répond plus et ne fonctionne pas correctement ou [le service d’assistance de Verkada](/command/fr/besoin-daide/contact-verkada-support.md) si l’on vous demande de redémarrer le contrôleur, nous vous recommandons de redémarrer votre contrôleur d’accès.

Vous devez être un [administrateur du site d'accès](/access-control/fr/pour-commencer/roles-and-permissions-for-access-control.md) pour le site auquel appartient le contrôleur.

Si le contrôleur affiche un **Hors ligne** état, redémarrer le contrôleur via Verkada Command ne fait rien. Vous devez débrancher le contrôleur d’accès et le rebrancher manuellement pour le redémarrer.

**Dans Verkada Command, accédez à Tous les produits > Appareils.**

**Sélectionnez le contrôleur que vous souhaitez redémarrer, puis cliquez sur l’image du contrôleur à droite.**
