# Dar de baja un controlador de acceso

Para dar de baja o restablecer tu controlador de acceso a la configuración de fábrica, primero debes quitarlo de Command. Esto también elimina todos los datos relacionados con los usuarios del controlador y permite transferirlo a una nueva organización.

Para dar de baja o restablecer tu controlador de acceso a la configuración de fábrica, debes ser Administrador de organización, Administrador del sistema de acceso o Administrador del sitio de acceso para el sitio del controlador. ## Proceso

**En Verkada Command, ve a Todos los productos > Dispositivos.**

**En la lista de dispositivos, selecciona el controlador que quieres dar de baja.**

**A la derecha, haz clic en el dispositivo.**

**En la parte superior derecha, haz clic en Configuración.**

1. En la parte inferior izquierda, haz clic en **Dar de baja.**
2. Cuando se te solicite, introduce el código de verificación generado para completar la solicitud.
3. Haz clic en **Confirmar**.

Dar de baja también elimina las puertas asociadas. Esto no se puede deshacer.
