# Einen Zutrittscontroller neu starten

Wenn Ihr Zugriffskontroller nicht mehr reagiert und nicht ordnungsgemäß funktioniert oder [Verkada Support](/command/de/brauchen-sie-hilfe/contact-verkada-support.md) der Neustart des Controllers anfordert, empfehlen wir Ihnen, Ihren Zugriffskontroller neu zu starten.

Sie müssen ein [Access Site Admin](/access-control/de/erste-schritte/roles-and-permissions-for-access-control.md) für den Standort sein, zu dem der Controller gehört.

Wenn der Controller einen **Offline** Status anzeigt, bewirkt ein Neustart des Controllers über Verkada Command nichts. Sie müssen den Zugriffskontroller vom Strom trennen und wieder manuell einstecken, um ihn neu zu starten.
