Final orders for AD31 must be received by April 30, 2022.

What does this mean?
As of March 20, 2022, we will no longer sell the AD31 Door Reader for net new installations. All existing orders for the AD31 will be fulfilled. We will continue to provide support for the product through our 10-year warranty period.
Can customers return an AD31 that they have purchased?
Customers may return AD31 within 30 days of purchase.
What happens if an AD31 under warranty needs to be replaced?
We will replace AD31 units with an AD32 unit.
