Manage Key Contacts in Your Org

Learn how to add and edit your organization's key contacts

With the Contacts feature in Verkada Command, you can designate who Verkada can contact within and outside of your organization. Key contacts ensure that Verkada personnel can reach the appropriate person to handle billing, security, and other matters.

Find key contacts

  1. In Verkada Command, go to All Products > Admin.

  2. Under Org Settings, select Contacts.

  3. On the far right of a contact's phone number, click the kebab (3 vertical dots) icon to manage their access, edit, or delete, as needed.

Note: You can only configure 1 contact per category.

Manage access

  1. Select a contact and on the far right of their phone number, click the kebab (3 vertical dots) icon.

  2. On the dropdown, select Manage Access.

  3. Select the category (device, site, or floor plan) for that user you want to modify access.

  4. Click Revoke.

Edit contact

  1. Select a contact and on the far right of their phone number, click the kebab (3 vertical dots) icon.

  2. On the dropdown, select Edit Contact.

  3. Edit the contact details, as needed.

  4. Click Save.

Delete contact

  1. Select a contact and on the far right of their phone number, click the kebab (3 vertical dots) icon.

  2. On the dropdown, select Delete Contact.

  3. When prompted to confirm the deletion, click Delete.
