Enable the wide dynamic range (WDR) feature when you have dramatic light differences in view of the camera. WDR brightens dark sections and dims bright sections to create a more balanced scene.
Enable or disable WDR on your camera
In Verkada Command, go to All Products > Cameras
.Select a camera to enable/disable WDR.
At the bottom left of the camera feed, select the video quality dropdown.
Select WDR.
Toggle ON or OFF.
Example: WDR disabled
